Artist Statement
"As a studio artist, woodworker, and native an, I am working to add my voice to the rich vocabulary of the South through measured craft and familiar form. I aim to emulate great southern literature employing metaphor and symbolism to create exceedingly simple, stark reflections of agrarian landscapes that are simultaneously haunting and sublime."
