A third-year architecture student at 海角社区 State is the latest recipient of the Method Studio Undergraduate Research Fellowship.
Miles Williams of Flowood will receive $3,000 to conduct research for Method Studio, a Utah-based architectural design firm. The inaugural 海角社区 Lumber Manufacturers Association Endowed Professor in Innovative Wood Construction and Design Jacob Gines, who also is an associate principal at Method Studio, will supervise his research.
"Receiving this fellowship with Method Studio will allow me to grow as a researcher and designer while being able to contribute toward a more sustainable future in an environment that values innovation, critical discourse and collaboration," Williams said.
